Kelly Quinn
RCSA President

She/her

Kelly is a fourth-year student studying Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology with a minor in Classics.

Fun fact: She can recite the periodic table in under a minute.

The RCSA President works with the rest of the executive board to serve the residential community, provide leadership opportunities, and ensure residents' needs are being met.

Kelly aims to give students a positive on-campus experience and increase awareness of RCSA. She also hopes to meet people from all around campus to better serve our communities.

Andrew Line
Director of Government Affairs

He/him

Andrew is a third-year student studying Electrical Engineering


Fun fact: He is from Idaho and is convinced a Idaho potato is superior to a Washington potato
 
The Director of Government Affairs represents RCSA in ASUW Senate and facilitates Hall Caucus – a space for Hall Senators to collaborate and seek support as they represent the constituents in their communities.

In his position, Andrew hopes to enable Hall Senators and the greater residential community to create and interact with campus-wide initiatives.

Zachary Glenn
Director of Administration & Finance

He/Him

Zach is a second year student pursuing a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance as well as a BS in Economics.

Fun fact: In February of 2024, Zach will have been involved in student advocacy for 10 years!

The Director of Administration and Finance manages the budget for RCSA as well as chairing the Budget Advisory Committee - a space for hall council representatives to work with HFS professional staff to learn how their budget is used.

Zach aims to work with residents inside RCSA to be a resource to them and help them improve their financial literacy. He also wants to help the whole residential community feel included in the rates proposal process and help them know their voices will be heard by HFS and UW.

Esther Himmelfarb
Director of Communications

She/her

Esther is a third-year student studying Political Science and Global & Regional Studies with minors in Leadership and Global Health.

Fun fact: She's run three half marathons!

The Director of Communications manages all RCSA marketing, branding, and external communications in addition to managing the inquiry system.

Sarah Kelley
Director of Intersectional Sustainability

She/they

Sarah is a fourth-year student double majoring in Cinema and Media Studies and Communication.

Fun Fact: They write film reviews!

The Director of Intersectional Sustainability works to engage HFS residents in sustainable practices, leads the SEED committee, and helps to promote environmental practices in the UW community.

Sarah aims to increase awareness of sustainable practices within HFS and engage residents in advocating for sustainable changes they would like to see. She also aims to educate residents on the intersectional elements of sustainability and how everyone has a role to play in helping the planet!

Kirupa Gunaseelan
Director of Recognition and Partnerships

She/her

Kirupa is a Third-year student studying Computer Science

Fun fact: Kirupa’s birthday in the DD/MM/YY format is 01/02/03

The Director of Recognition and Partnership works to increase engagement and strengthen connections within the residential communities through initiatives like the connected communities challenge and the Golden Husky Awards.

Kirupa hopes to help everyone in the residential communities feel included and welcome to voice their concerns.
