Details regarding the rental rate increase are as follows:

 

             0.99%    Labor—Minimum wage changes, contract obligations, position changes and room and board compensation

             0.62%    Utilities—Internet and power/water/waste increases

             1.16%    Direct Expenses & Physical Plant—Maintenance, supplies and purchased services increases

             0.11%    Administration—Labor adjustments

             2.88%    2019–20 Expense Increase

             0.21%    Offset due to rental rate right-sizing of other units

             2.00%    Capital Housing Plan (Annual 2009–21)

             4.67%    Total Proposed Base Rate Increase

 

At Stevens Court:

             2.00%    Stevens Court Six-Bedroom Right-Sizing Adjustment

             6.67%    Proposed Rate Increase for Stevens Court Six-Bedroom (319 beds)
